Summary of Job Specifications:

• Deliver AT LEAST TWO of following advanced Management Courses,
  • PMI / Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • APMG / PRINCE2 Foundation
  • APMG / PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • EXIN / ITIL Foundation Certification
  • CISA / CISSP Certifications
  • Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
• Plan, design and implement training initiatives in align with company’s business operation
• Manage the delivery, quality and cost of training programs including planning and coordinating the training calendars
• Acting as an in-house consultancy providing advice and service to staff at all levels.
• Closely working with line managers and lead trainer, identify training needs and develop effective training programs meeting the business needs
• Continuously developing the team in professionalize the training and development skills in conducting programs for executives, leaders and professionals as appropriate

Summary of Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Admin / I.T. or equivalent experience, MBA is prefered.
• Must be certified in desired teaching areas at least 2 years
• Min over 8 years relative working project experience, I.T. Vendor exp. is prefered.
• Mature, independent with excellent communication and presentation skill
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Experience in teaching is an advantage but not necessary
