WorkShop Introduction :
PRINCE2 (PRoject IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology designed to ensure that a project meet its objectives, within constraints and delivers stated benefits.
This 5-day APMG Accredited PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Exam Prep. is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of the PRINCE2 approach and the ability to apply the method to your own working environment.
This will be achieved by a combination of slide presentations and exercises designed to prepare you for the foundation and practitioner examination.

Who Should Attend :
This course is suitable for Project Managers, Team Managers, Project Support staff, Quality Assurance staff
and for anybody else who is somehow involved in or running one or more projects, especially for those IT
project managers and personnel who are managing or going to manage government IT projects.
Pre-requisite(s) :
Ideally you will have some project management experience either managing or working on a project, although this is not essential. You will also need to complete the pre course reading list provided prior to attending the course.
