WorkShop Introduction :

PRINCE2 (PRoject IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology designed to ensure that a project meet its objectives, within constraints and delivers stated benefits.

This 3-day APMG accredited PRINCE2 Foundation Exam Prep. is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of the PRINCE2 approach and the ability to apply the method to your own working environment.

This will be achieved by a combination of slide presentations and exercises designed to prepare you for the foundation examination.

Only Accredited Training Providers or their affiliates are allowed to provide courses and exams in APMG-International's qualification schemes. These include ITIL©, PRINCE2© and others.

Who Should Attend :
This PRINCE2 Foundation workshop is aimed at any level of project staff that requires a formal qualification in the project management method.

Pre-requisite(s) :
Ideally you will have some project management experience either managing or working on a project, although this is not essential. You will also need to complete the pre course reading list provided prior to attending the course.
