Course Introduction :
This Six Sigma Training equips delegates with the appropriate skills and tools to enable them to deliver current and future improvements. During this Six Sigma Training course delegates are trained to utilise the fundamental Lean Six Sigma tools to improve processes, typically in their respective department or unit.
Six Sigma Green Belt is focused on team members understanding and applying the Define Measure Analyse Improve and Control model which is the foundation of all Six Sigma projects. The focus of Six Sigma is fundamentally about quality, customer focus and cost, where as Lean is about cost and speed. This Six Sigma Training course blends a number of Lean concepts and tools into the Six Sigma DMAIC model. Who Should Attend :
Managers, internal consultants, change agents, project managers, team leaders and team members who will be involved in Six Sigma projects.
At Course Completion :
Participants will learn how to implement the Six Sigma methodology in their organization and through Six Sigma methodology to improve the organization process to reduce cost, improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue of the company.

Trainer Profile :
Dr. Rita Wan ( PhD., MBA, CSSMBB, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Trainer )
Dr. Rita Wan has extensive experience in banking, insurance and service companies. She worked for DBS Bank (HK) Limited, HSBC, Citi Ka Wah Bank, Fortis Bank, AIA (Bermuda) Co. Ltd, and G2000 (Apparel) Co. Ltd. as Assistant Vice President, Project Manager and General Services Manager. She started her Six Sigma training and project in 2003. After finished the Six Sigma Black Belt training in Hong Kong Quality Management Association, she completed the 1st Six Sigma project in HSBC.
She conducted over 23 waves Six Sigma Green Belt training and 6 waves of Six Sigma Black Belt training through public courses arranged by AC&A, HKPC, HKU Space, and Six Sigma Institute and over 23 waves Six Sigma Green Belt trainings through public courses arranged by AC&A Consultancy & Training Co. Ltd., Six Sigma Institute, Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, Aon Consulting, SGS and in-house trainings at Intertek, Neoderm Co. Ltd., Mattel Co. Ltd., Airport Authority, Radio Shack Co. Ltd. When she joined DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in 2004, she was assigned to lead the Six Sigma training and coaching for the whole group including Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and USA. She is fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
