Dr. Rita Wan is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has over 18 years local and regional experience in process re-engineering and service quality. She has led or deployed six sigma in various international companies such as DBS Bank (HK) Ltd., ING Asia/Pacific Ltd., Citic Ka Wah Bank, Airport Authority HK, Mattel Co. Ltd., Philips Lighting, MSIG Insurance. She has trained over 100 Black Belts and 800 Green Belts in different organizations and universities in Hong Kong. She is a well-known six sigma speaker and was interviewed by Economic Daily News and Sing Pao.
